Assistant Drilling Supervisor

We are currently looking for an Assistant Drilling Supervisor (Night) for assignments offshore. You will join the department that organize and supply with Drilling and Well Supervisors to the drilling and intervention activities on fixed platforms, jack-ups, mobile units and intervention vessels.

Roles and Responsbilities 

• The Assistant Drilling and Well Supervisor (night) is responsible for ensuring that the operations on the drilling rig / intervention site are planned and implemented in accordance with Company’s governing documents, goals and strategies, as well as statutory and regulatory requirements. 
• The Assistant Drilling and Well Supervisors’ products are drilled and completed wells, intervention/recompletion of existing/old wells as well as plug and abandonment of wells. 
• The Assistant Drilling and Well Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that the product is delivered according to Company’s Safety standard, compliance with the programs, on schedule, within agreed cost, and in accordance with current work processes. 

Competence Requirements

• University or higher technical education. Relevant experience may compensate for missing education. 
• IWCF certified for Drilling and/or Intervention. 
• IWCF level 3/4 (IADC certification not accepted). 
• Experience from offshore operations. 
• Recent and relevant operational experience in Drilling and Completion operations and/or Intervention operations. 
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. 
• Good English writing and oral skills. 
• Emergency prepardnes cource 

Contract period: 22.09.2025-30.08.2026, start up date after agreement. Option period 2×1 years.
