HVAC Engineer

We are currently looking for a consultant with experience in HVAC engineering within the Oil & Gas industry in the NCS. The contract is long term with location Stavanger. 

Main Tasks

• System design philosophy/design basis for HVAC systems with respect to functional requirements, control philosophy and operational philosophy
• Package Responsible Engineer
• Coordinate and follow up of the HVAC system design and the area design
• Ductwork design
• Calculations of air flow rate based on ventilation requirement and heat emissions
• Cooling calculations
• Selection of HVAC equipment with regards to capacity and feasibility
• Technical Inquiries for HVAC equipment and Bulk
• Ensure coordination of the HVAC design with other disciplines

Qualifications:

• Master or Bachelor degree within HVAC or equivalent
• Experience in HVAC engineering within the Oil & Gas industry in the NCS
• Experience with HVAC system design in EPCIC, FEED and early study Projects
• PDMS/E3D experience
• Offshore survey experience can be an advantage
• Experience in HVAC engineering within the Oil & Gas industry in the NCS
• Good communication skills, orally and written, in Norwegian and English
• Have a cooperative working attitude
• Be systematic and accurat
• Have high loyalty to deadlines and quality requirements
• Be proactive, seeking advice and share own experience with others

Contract period: 02.02.2026(after agreement)-31.01.2028
