Pre-Commissioning Integration Lead

On behalf of our client, an oil&gas operator company, we are currently looking for a Pre-Commissioning Integration Lead. The Pre-commissioning Integration Lead is responsible for pre-commissioning of all subsea pipelines and umbilicals in liaison with alliance teams during project execution stage. 

The Pre-comm Lead shall ensure that:

• Pre-commissioning plan is in compliance with basis of design and functional requirements, and performed in accordance with regulations, codes and standards
• Execution is based on input from pipeline and umbilicals PILs in addition to commissioning and start up requirements (integrated schedule, sequence, tie-in requirements and preservation)
• Integrated pre-commissioning plan is aligned with plans for HU activities, commissioning activities and installation plans
• Pre-commissioning plans and procedures developed are in compliance with project specifications and regulations / standards

During all execute phases, the Pre-commissioning Integration lead will:

• Obtain alignment with project teams, and communication on weekly basis teams to ensure integrated plan is realistic and understood
• Identify constraints for pre-comm. With regards to topside and subsea activities
• Work close with Commissioning Leads / Manager to ensure activities and sequence is aligned, and constraints are understood by all parties. 
• Contribute to fulfil Company “see to it” duty
• Drive and Communicate leading performance in terms of Safety, Quality, Schedule and Cost

The Pre-comm lead works in close cooperation with Alliance Package Delivery Leads to:

• Ensure Company specifications, functional requirement and experience is incorporated to design, testing and installation 
• Facilitate required input and guidelines from Company

The Pre-comm. Lead has the mandate to:

• Make decisions and on behalf of Company within the framework of basis of design, functional requirements and MLC. Decisions outside this framework shall be lifted to the Engineering Manager or Construction Manager
• Decline or approve (with support of correct Manager or TA) vendor proposals of changes, MOC’s or TQs from sub vendors 

With the Pre-comm lead role, the project ensures that:

• One person is responsible for the full content of the RFOC for the specific package.
• Becomes the technical expert to ensure delivery is in line with Asset Operations Team expectations
• Provides technical expertise and support to the alliance during execute stage of the delivery
