Introduction
On behalf of our client, we are looking for an Integration Architect/Senior Integration Engineer. Here you will work closely with the integration team to establish and support on integration capabilities to facilitate for effective and successful data integration deliveries within Data Delivery.
The main purpose of the role is to identify and develop integration capabilities and solutions that enable flow of data across organisational systems.
Main Responsibilities
- Design robust architectures for data integrations that will facilitate the seamless integration of data from various sources, ensuring that systems can communicate effectively.
- Establish data quality standards and validation processes to maintain the integrity and ensure compliance with data governance policies across platforms.
- Be a point of contact and collaborate closely with other teams to provide necessary support and technical guidance
- Analyze and establish new integration capabilities identified in close collaboration with relevant teams and stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and policies, industry and company specifications and collaborate with relevant internal functions such as Enterprise Architecture, IT/OT security and IT operations.
Necessary qualifications and professional skills:
- Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 5-years’ experience within software engineering or data engineering in the Norwegian oil and gas sector is a requirement.
- Good understanding of SDLC and its importance
- Azure Solution Architect – experience with integration in general and ETL tools, cloud platforms (Azure) (e.g., MS AZ-305 certified)
- Experience with Agile ways of working, e.g. Scrum and Kanban
- You are proactive and take the initiative to help drive work forward
- You are flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and new tasks
- You have strong analytical skills, and are able to understand business needs and identify solutions
- Candidates must be elligible for work in Norway.
This is a contract lasting until the end of 2025, and our client would like the right candidate to start ASAP.
