Senior Project Completion Engineer – Commissioning

We are searching for a commissioning engineer to an exciting position with an operator within oil & gas!

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as Task Force Team lead, ensuring sufficient Team compilation across disciplines and functions
• Together with the Pre-Ops Team, identify all Physical Blinds needed to segregate Oil & Gas systems
• Provide individual estimates with respect to manpower and material needed
• Ensure activity planning and overall incorporation to construction & commissioning plan.
• Provide input & guidance related to prioritization and alignment against overall 
• Commissioning strategy and schedule.
• Provide stakeholder management related to needed deliverables from engineering and procurement. 
• Knowledge/knowledge of reading/understanding P&ID’s and ISO’s · Participate in check-out, verification according to the Hand-Over Process
• According to good practice, ensure good communication between operation, maintenance, contractors, and suppliers
• Verify Construction Field installations are according to design/ISO/P&ID’s in collaboration with System Lead
• Manage related ATS and other resources providing services and supplying materials or equipment for rotating Process Systems Commissioning.
• Updates of Master Dossier for P&ID Red-line Mark-up, Valve and Blinding list according to System Lead’s instructions
• Assist with the collection of documentation related to Hand-over according to the System Lead’s instructions
• Daily reporting to the Commissioning System Lead Process regarding ongoing Commissioning activities

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor with 5 years relevant experience. Lack of education can be compensated with relevant work experience.
• Active, selv-driven and solution oriented, and the ability to work integrated with Contractor.
• Team player
• HSSEQ experience

Location in Lysaker, expected to move to Stord later.
