Senior SPS Engineer

Main Accountabilities

Support and follow up tasks related to Company’s Subsea Projects with specialized expertise within Subsea Drilling and Subsea Production Systems. Interfaces and cooperations with Drilling & Wells team, Subsea Project team, Subsea Operations team and major Subsea OEMs.

Main Relationship 

• Drilling & Wells team, Subsea Project team, Subsea Operations team and major Subsea OEMs.
• Timely and successful management of the subsea-completion and related interface towards Rig
• Coordinate Subsea Drilling interfaces with Subsea Production Systems, in both green and brown field projects.
• Follow up of Primary and Contingency Well intervention systems and equipment ready for operation.
• Follow up Subsea operations for Exploration Wells.
• Primary contact for ROV and Tools Contractor
• Subsea Drilling & Wells representative towards major Subsea OEMs contracts and deliveries.

Main Tasks

• Coordinate between internal and external departments, such as rig contractor, subsea contractor and other contractors
• Problem solving and Entrepreneurial approach to technical solutions and new technology
• Facilitate decision making, through Invite Involve Include principles
• Coordination of vendors
• Preparation of programmes & procedures including SIMOPS and Hand Over of well to Operation dept
• Provide documentation, feedback and learnings

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant engineering
